GABER ELHOUSHY

is a qualified lawyer, managing director and his experience are in both Arbitration and Litigation. He has strong experience of 17 years as the legal advisor for many investment and construction companies, he is registered as Arbitrator in many Arbitration institutes in UAE.

Gaber has advised a various of local and foreign companies in commercial, regulatory matters regarding variety of share aspects such as consortiums, joint ventures, sell and purchase, guarantees agreements, business transactions, competition law, medical law, construction law, tax and foreign investments regulations.

He has an ability to quickly solve complicated legal problems in a diligent and efficient way, he has also extensive experience of Commercial, Civil, Real estate and Criminal litigation before the whole instances of courts and the different jurisdiction.

Gaber handled and preparing the defense procedures of disputes before various courts in UAE, as well as Arbitration disputes especially at DIAC, DIFC, ICC and LCIA.
