Dr. / Amira Al Bastaki

– An advocate obtaining Ph.D. in Modern Contracting Agreements “FIDIC” from Dubai police academy and she has a wide legal and judicial experience at all courts and prosecutions of United Arab Emirates. She has been practicing advocacy since 2006, During such long period, she has worked at one of the greatest advocate offices in the country which is Dr.Habib Almulla Advoacte and legal consultant tell 2012 ,and she practiced advocacy on her own company through her office “Amira Ibrahim for Advocate and Legal Consultants” whose name has been changed after obtaining Ph.D. into “Office of Dr. / Amira Al Bastaki Advocate and Legal Consultants”.

Dr. / Amira Ibrahim Al Bastaki has many legal articles published in a number of local newspapers and she had published a book called “Modern Contracting Agreements – an applied study to FIDIC contracts in United Arab Emirates.
